1940, 1941 and 1942 Oldsmobile Model 6 and 70 4 door sedan headliner. The Olds Model 60-70 4 door headliner is made of cloth material (with a thin layer of foam on the backside for added insulation), and has listing (cloth loop) sewn into it for rod installation in the car.
