Does the fabric come attached to the foam? So we should be able to just cut to size, glue and reinstall? No seams correct?

Yes, the headliner material is attached to foam by means of heating the material and foam and binding it together. Headliner material is a combination of either 1/4, 3/16 or 1/8 inch foam laminated to nylon fabric through a heating process, there are no seams in the material. As far as how to reinstall a headliner - it should be applied to the headliner board as a sheet, then the excess is cut off and holes opened for whatever needs to go through the board to be attached.

We carry to different widths of headliner material; 60 inch wide with 3/16 inch foam and 64 inch wide with 1/8 inch foam.

You forgot to plug something back in - or either you didn't get one of the electrical connectors snapped back together right. Check the electrical connectors you unplugged.
