WLS Headliners stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective headliner due to material issues, we will exchange the kit at no cost to you, or refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping). Please note that WLS Headliners is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipper (UPS, USPS). If you select the wrong color, we will exchange your order for another color after you have shipped the original package back to us, and there will be 20% restock fee for replacing the headliner with another color. Due to the nature of our products, headliners made specifically (color/style/make/model) for the customers car, a 30% restocking fee of the total price (including shipping) will be applied on returned headliners for any reason other than defective materials. The items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
We strongly advise that you carefully read the item description before placing your order to ensure you understand the type of items (correct headliner for your vehicle) and materials (the material the headliner is made from) you are purchasing. WLS Headliners reserves the right to review order information and customer concerns, and will make a timely decision on the course of action. In every case, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back to WLS Headliners unless otherwise stated.

If you receive an item and decide to return it for any reason other than defective materials, or if the item is no longer needed, a 30% restocking fee of the total price (shipping included) will be charged for the returned item(s). We will examine the returned item(s) before issuing the refund.
Please be advised that no refunds will be issued after 30 days.
