Returns

Headliners and sewn panel headliners:
If the headliner has defective material, WLS Headliners will exchange the kit at no cost to the customer, or will refund the purchase amount (less shipping). If the headliner is damaged by the shipper (USPS, UPS), WLS Headliners is not responsible for damage caused by the shipper (ups, usps). In the case of a customer choosing the wrong color, WLS will exchange for another color after the customer ships the original package back to the us. In the case of returned headliners, there will be a 35% restock fee on items for any reason other than defective materials, items must be returned in the original packaging and as it was when it was shipped.
Take time to read the description of the item carefully so you will know what type of items and materials you are purchasing before placing an order. WLS Headliners reserves the right to review order information and customer concern, and make a timely decision on the course of action. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship any product back to WLS Headliners in every case; unless otherwise stated.

Applies To All Products:
In the case that a customer receives an item and decides they would like to return it for any reason other than defective materials, or it's not needed any longer, or any other reason not related to defective items; (item(s) will be examined if returned and we reserve the right to charge a 35% restock fee for the item(s).

Shipping:
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. In the case of returning an item, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the product to WLS Headliners unless otherwise stated.

No refunds issued after 30 days.
