I have a 1977 F250 Crew Cab and I am in need of replacing the headliner. The headliner board is no longer holding its shape so I would like to replace it as well. Not sure if you sell this material or not but any help would be greatly appreciated.

[ANSWER]     The headliner boards in older vehicles sometimes become weak and do not hold their shape - especially through the middle. They have a tendency to sag in the middle if there is no dome light, and sometimes if there is a dome light, they will still sag on each side of the light, or anywhere else that has no support. We have used slats of 1/8 or 3/16 inch plywood glued across the flat part of the headliner board to increase the spine of the headliner board. It usually works fairly well in supporting the board and it is much easier than trying to find a headliner board for an old car or truck. Trying to find a  headliner board for something made in 1977 would be a job in itself.
