Headliner Kits & sewn panel headliners:
If the headliner kit has defective material, WLS Headliners will exchange the kit at no cost to the customer, or will refund the purchase amount (less shipping). If the headliner kit is damaged by the shipper (USPS, UPS), WLS Headliners is not responsible for damage by the shipper (ups, usps). In the case of the customer choosing the wrong color, WLS will exchange the headliner after the customer ships the package back to the us, there will be a 20% restock fee on returned headliners for the wrong color. In all other cases (other than defective goods), WLS Headliners reserves the right to review order information and customer concern, and make a timely decison on the course of action. It is the customers responsibility to ship any product back to WLS Headliners in all cases; unless otherwise stated.
If the auto carpet is damaged, the wrong carpet or defective, WLS will exchange the carpet at no cost to the customer (after the carpet is inspected), or refund the amount of the carpet. If the carpet ordered is the wrong color, WLS will exchange the carpet for another color, there will be a 50% restock fee for exchanging carpets due to the wrong color. If the customer has a question about a color before purchasing, contact us and we will supply a list of suggested colors for your year/make automobile; we don't have the suggested color match for "every" automobile, but we have the color match for a large portion of them.
If the seat cover is defective or damaged in shipping, WLS Headliners will exchange the seat cover at no cost to the customer, or will refund the purchase amount of the product. If the seat cover or covers are the wrong seat cover for your automobile, WLS Headliners will exchange or refund the customer (there will be a 25% restock fee for exchanging or refunding concerning this). If the customer orders the wrong color seat cover for their automobile, WLS Headliners will exchange for the right color, but there will be a 25% restock fee on seat cover exchanges; and there will be a 25% restock fee for refunding the customer's payment for the product concerning ordering wrong colors. If the seat cover is damaged by the customer and returned, there will be a 30% return fee (of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
For All other products:
WLS Headliners will work with the customer to resolve any issues that may arise concerning any product ordered from our website, but due to the nature of some of our products, (specialty products which materials and labor are involved - such as antique car headliners, some of the seat covers) we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (10 to 30%) if we believe it is fair and appropriate. We want to keep our customers coming back for their auto interior needs. Half our business is repeat customers.
This Applies To All Products:
In the case that a customer receives an item and decides they would like to return it for some reason; and the item is not defective nor any problem other than it is not needed or the customer has changed their, there will be a 30% restock fee for that item.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. In the case of returning an item, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the product to WLS Headliners unless otherwise stated.
No refunds issued after 60 days.
