1937 1938 1939 1940 Desoto 4 door sedan replacement headliner. The Desoto headliner is made of cloth material (has a thin foam layer on the backside of the material - adds insulating value and makes for easier installation), and has 1 1/2 inch listing sewed for the metal rods to fit into.
