1938, 1939 and 1940 Ford Club Coupe bowstyle (sewn panel headliner). The Ford Club Coupe headliner is made from knitted nylon cloth material with a thin layer of foam on the backside for added insulation. It has listing (cloth loop) sewn into the headliner for rod installation in your car.
