1939, 1940, 1941 and 1942 Cadillac model 61 4 door replacement headliner (this is the standard edittion  - there is also a deluxe edition of the model 61, the headliner is slightly different). The Cadillac model 61 headliner is made of knitted polyester fabric with thin foam backing. The headliner has 1 1/2 inch listing (cloth loop) sewn in for the metal rods to fit into; for installation in your car.
