1940 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Town Sedan 2 door replacement headliner. The Chevy 2 door Special Deluxe is made from knitted nylon cloth material (with a thin layer of foam on the backside for added insulation), and has  cloth listing (cloth loop) sewn into it for rod installation in the car.
