1940, 1941 and 1942 4 door Chevrolet Special Deluxe Sedan replacement bowstyle (sewn panel) headliner. The Chevrolet 4 door Special Deluxe headliner is made from knitted nylon cloth material (with a thin layer of foam on the backside for added insulation), and has listing (cloth loop) sewn into it for rod installation in the car.
