Does the adhesive need to be applied to both the board and the fabric or just one surface? Also, is the adhesive that comes in your kit enough to do a 94 Dodge Dakota ext. cab? Thanks in advance.

The adhesive should be applied to both the headliner board and the headliner material for a correct bond. Both the board and the headliner material needs a even coat of adhesive for the bond to be strong and long lasting. And also, the one can of adhesive should be more than enough for an automobile like the 1994 Dodge extended cab truck. One can of adhesive is enough for just about any size car headliner.
